Lindsay, whose Hollywood track record would make any Utahan proud, is still scrubbing toilets at Cirque Lodge while her attorney, Blair Berk, is making progress in getting Lilo's multiple felony charges Georgia Rule'd out.
Dina may have showed up to help lucky Lindsay celebrate the good news ... hopefully, not too hard.

Star Magazine is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is on the verge of being booted from the Cirque Lodge in Utah!
Lindsay was accused of having drugs in the rehab facility and hasnât been very cooperative. She was ordered to take a drug test by the director of the facility and she flipped out and refused!!
She also stopped attending meetings and snuck out with a guy she met there the second night!
If she doesnât shape up⦠sheâs out of there. Weâll see what happens. I didnât want to believe the first stories about her doing drugs at Promises but clearly she wasnât clean after that little rehab stintâ¦
She was supposed to be in court on the 24th⦠weâll see what happens Friday!
