Sources tell TMZ the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services "abuse investigation" into Britney Spears does not involve physical mistreatment of her children.
Sources say the complaint lodged with DCFS involves allegations of poor dental hygiene, as well as poor eating and sleeping habits for her kids. Curiously, although DCFS keeps these allegations secret, they ended up in legal papers filed today by K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, suggesting it might have been Fed-Ex himself who lodged the complaint.
And get this: DCFS is all too familiar with the family. We've learned that another anonymous complaint was filed with DCFS on July 2, but it went nowhere.
Sources say DCFS has put both Britney and K-Fed under the microscope in the past. In February, 2006, DCFS famously investigated Britney after the notorious car seat incident with Sean Preston. Ditto April, 2006 (while Brit and K-Fed were still together), after Sean Preston fell out of a high chair -- another DCFS investigation came and went.

Duh it was K-Fed. Let me see............he's going for custody of his kids. TMZ has been printing nothing but Bull about her and making something out of every little thing that she has done. All of a sudden, she is investigated by ASPCA and DCFS?
TMZ, maybe it's time you learned what the heck you are doing to these children. Leave the parents alone. Just stop it! I think that you are putting them in a situation where the emotionally stability of the children is in question due to your actions.

OK, so she's a bad mom. Is there no other people in the house to help care for them, to make sure they brush their teeth, etc?
I do find it ridiculous that she allowed her sons teeth to rot! That is awful.
poor sleeping habits? John travolta keeps his kids awake all night, they all sleep all day, is this worthy of an investigation?

I saw something on the dental thing the other day - she supposedly let's the boys drink soda from their baby bottles - which any dentist will tell you, is THE WRONG THING...it could hinder the progression of their adult teeth - in fact, it could halt it all together, which means these kids will have nothing but baby teeth...brown, cavity-filled, tiny little baby teeth, that will eventually fall out all together - but with BritBrit's money - they can have the Elliott Yamin celebrity teeth!!!
It's unfortunate that we all must speculate on these stories - it sure would be nice to know the truth from the start...no offense tmz, I love reading this crap, I just know it's going to change, probably before my post shows up!
Britney is obsessed with teeth., If you remember it was Kevin who had rotting teeth and Britney paid to have them fix. If anyone is neglecting the boys teeth it is Kevin not Britney.
If no one took Bobbie Christina away from Whitney and Bobby I doubt seriously anyone will take those boys from Brit but in the mean (and I do meen mean ) leave that poor girl alone how would you like to feel as though your whole life had been about financially supporting other people.
Britney just get Kevin's dental records from when you first met him. It will show the court he didn't even know what the word toothbrush was before he met you.
