Larry to Network -- MSNBC You In Court

Larry BirkheadLarry Birkhead has told TMZ he is thinking of suing MSNBC over the Rita Cosby book, because she obtained information on the network's dime.

Birkhead says Cosby, who has since left MSNBC, befriended him in the Bahamas through his then lawyer, Debra Opri. Larry also says Opri would invite Cosby to dinners, where Cosby told him everything discussed was "off the record."

Birkhead claims the salacious allegations are lies.

A rep for MSNBC had no comment.

9. Larry Birkhead and Stern are the biggest laughing stock duo I have ever seen. I wouldn't buy a magazine with pictures of them or their demon seeds for a $1 if the magazine came with a $10 dollar bill. I would be embarrased to be seen carrying such doo doo. If others want to play into their hands and line their pockets that is their business, but when I see their faces I want to puke.

14. One has to wonder how Larry and Howard were able to become such "friends" after the question of who was the kids father was resovled. While it is truly shocking that they may be lovers and that Anna knew, it is not unreasonable to question how they came to terms with all of this in such a short time. This entire situation is sad (her son's death, her death) and now this.

15. i loved it when anna nicole died, but i would celebrate for 6 days and 6 nights if these two idiots killed themselves.

rita is very reputable, why would she lie? pluse birkhead is bluffing, if the facts in the book are correct then any judge would throw the case out
