Graziano's Mother Confirms Second Car's Driver

9/5/2007 11:31 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Hogan and GrazianoThe mother of Lance Corporal John Graziano, the passenger in Nick Hogan's car crash, has confirmed that the driver of the silver Viper was Danny Jacobs. In an exclusive email sent by Debbie Graziano to Bay News 9 in Florida, she says, "His (John's) best friend Danny, the driver in the other car, is devastated." Now rumors that the Hulkster himself was the driver can be dismissed.

Debbie Graziano also voided reports that the Graziano family will make the Hogan's pay. "Two families are devastated, two mothers are comforting each other and caring for each other's children according to their needs, and will continue to do so until, as Terry said, we walk John out of here ... Terry and Linda love my son and saw him as a good role model to Nick. ... Since day one of this nightmare they have been with us physically, emotionally, mentally and financially."

*rolling eyes*

Hey, TMZ? Don't you mean "make the Hogans pay" -- no apostrophe? I love how you post all kinds of critical things about people (i.e. Courtney Love's typo-ridden rants) but your writers apparently don't know the simple difference between plural and possessive.

Daddy "Hulk" needs to stop spoiling the kids whith whatever they want and Nick needs to spend a few years in prison

The Hogan Family wants prayers for the person who is severly hurt but let us pull our heads out people, the real reason they are asking that is because Nick will be spending years of prison for his foolish crime if his friend dies.

It concerns me that the mother's letter said "was" a role model to Nick. It sounds like they have accepted that he will not make it out of the hospital. Let's all send positive thoughts and prayers to him and his family so that he can recover fully.

Ok, so Danny Jacobs was driving the silver Viper. Anyone want to venture a guess who the owner of the silver Viper is and just who might have not been driving the car - but who was the passenger?????
The "Hogan / Mollea" legal and public relations firms are working overtime on this - and Mrs. Graziano is going to be left in the dust, trusting and being nice, unless she takes control of her son's situation herself and gets him his own criminal attorney NOW. And Danny, you may be behind the scenes now, but stand by - center stage awaits.

"Debbie Graziano also voided reports that the Graziano family will make the Hogan's pay."

But did she?

"Since day one of this nightmare they have been with us physically, emotionally, mentally and financially."

Pam, you and I both know if this situation would unfortunately "turn south" for John, Mrs. Graziano and family will have an entirely new perspective on this.
Attorney's will make sure this is in court before jury or "settled" quietly with no comment permitted by either party.
There could be I think several "deep pockets" connected with the participants in this "accident" and the "Hogan / Mollea's" are but one.
As I have said in the past, the best advice for Mrs. Graziano is to be silent on all the issues and immediately get the services of a good criminal attorney to represent John and than follow theor advise.
Mr. "Hogan / Mollea" did, along with getting his public relations people on "spin control" - and don't you believe he didn't the minute he could get to a secure phone.

lookat reality

We all hope the best for John.
All of you Nick lovers say this will teach him a lesson, but thats not the point. The point is that this shouldn't have happened at all. How arrogant do you have to be to get pulled over three times in one night going over 100 mph. Just a total disrespect for other people. He's spoiled we all know. He can go drifting when ever he wants, why does he do it on the streets. I'll tell you. He thinks he is above people and the law is for everyone else. Now look what has happened. He needs to pay the price for what he has done. (jail time) And don't you puppets say he has to live with hurting his friend, isn't that bad enough. No!!! It takes more punishment for the message to sink in for these kind of people. Prayers to John

I'd like to see Nick Hogan enlist in honor of his friend, who previously served in the military, so he can get some discipline and grow up and spend his days not horsing around....he would see the truth about his bad judgement and may grow up a bit.
