That '80s bad boy, Judd Nelson, was offered the gift that keeps on lifting ... breast enhancements! Judd was at a gifting suite in Beverly Hills yesterday, and was a hesitant to receive the free rack -- initially.

After some instructions and prompting from the woman passing out the booby prize, the former Brat Packer decided to keep the lady lumps -- maybe he's planning on re-gifting!
