Britney Drives Illegally!

Britney Spears has been driving illegally.

A TMZ records check reveals the popwreck does not have a valid California driver's license. She has applied for one, but it's still in the pending file.

And get this: Spears has never had a California license for all the years she's lived in L.A.!

A DMV official told TMZ, "At this point, Britney Spears does not have a valid California driver's license. She has an application pending that she never completed."

TMZ has video of Spears driving here and there this weekend. She also has a pending hit and run criminal case.

Ding dang, y'all.

3. I know she is doing wrong, but poor girl. I don't follow her music, etc., but I do read about her, and comment. On her behalf, I have to say what a poor existence all the paps make her life to be.
Next time you watch a Brit video, close your eyes and just listen. You can hear the paps 5,000 clicks from their cameras.....
Not a MINUTE to breathe.
I know it comes with fame, but c'mon. She is still a human being.
Please pray for her.
She seems to be a nice, smiling person!!

6. Many Britney worshippers claim that she has a Louisiana driver's license. However, California requires that a person obtain a valid California driver's license within ten days becoming a resident. If she is considered a California resident, then she needs a California driver's license. A Louisiana driver's license won't do.

8. Just because she doesnt have a California Drivers license doesnt mean she is driving illegally. She may have a drivers license from another state. You dont specifically need a "California" drivers license to drive in California!!!

12. Is she valid anywhere?? What is resiprocity of her state license vs California? She might not be illegal, just not licensed in California. There is a time limit from state to state as you move your legal address to another state that you can drive on the old license until you get your new state license. Just wondering....

13. I gotta say...I was feeling bad for her since all the paparazzi follows her around. But guess what? That's what you get when you're a celebrity, especially one who shows her cooter and goes out every single night BUT has 2 kids at home. She's asking for it. And I can't even believe she didn't get a drivers license. Actually, scratch that..I do believe it. Britney, where is your brain. You have enough money to get one or get an adviser. Do something because you are beyond ridiculous.

14. #3 think about this,
She loves the Pap just as much as the Pap loves her. She asked for attention. Otherwise, she wouldn't invite the Pap to the Quizno's restroom to film her. She wasn't shock when she got out the Restroom and saw a bunch of Pap. The Pap will leave her alone, if she is no longer appear in public. But I guess she has no family to stay with, so the Pap is her family.

15. #5, you idiot. People are allowed to drive in other states. And I'm sure she has multiple residences, with her permanent one outside of California. Half of New Jersey have out-of-state licenses to avoid the ridiculous insurance rates.
