Another One to Squeeze the Juice!

10/15/2007 3:52 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Las Vegas FOX affiliate KVVU is reporting that another one of O.J.'s co-defendants has struck a plea deal with the D.A. Add another canary to the chorus!

Walter Alexander is expected in court this afternoon to plead guilty to lesser charges in the armed robbery case. In return, he is expected to testify against Simpson and other co-defendants when the trial begins.

Simpson and three other characters -- Clarence Stewart, Charles Ehrlich and Michael McClinton -- are facing more than 10 different charges, including coercion and kidnapping.

Charles Cashmore also struck a deal and will plead guilty in exchange for his testimony.

Maybe I have the story wrong, but didnt the alleged "stolen items" come from a storage facility that OJ set up to HIDE PROPERTY FROM THE GOLDMANS that should have been seized? I think the rent wasn't paid on the storage facility and one of the "defendants" who was a "co-signer" on the storage unit went there a removed the items.

So technically, OJ doesn't own this stuff.........THE GOLDMANS DO!

"4. O.J.'s being framed and that's complete BS. Maybe he did it, maybe he didn't...but he was acquitted in court and is free. He's not broken the law since to any significant degree. Let Nicole and Ron R.I.P. and MOVE ON PEOPLE.

"O.J.'s being framed and that's complete BS"

---> according to you it's BS. According to various law enforcement types it's, not. Since you aren't an officer of the Court or a law enforcement officer you're "official" opinion that it's BS doesn't count. Get over yourself.

"Maybe he did it, maybe he didn't"

--->That's why things like this are best left to law enforcement to determine by interviews and gathering information. If someone wants to co-operate with the DA's office, so much the better in building a case, and prosecuting it. Again - get over yourself.

"but he was acquitted in court and is free"

---> *sigh* are you really that dense? This is a whole new trial, cupcake. The one you referred to was a long time ago. New offenses, new trials. Try and grasp that concept.

"He's not broken the law since to any significant degree."

---> Oh. Okay so in your mind all the laws he's broken don't count for anything because they're not really significant? Goody gumdrops. Now we can let out a bunch of criminals out of jails and prisons because they crimes they've committed aren't significant and because the so-called pretty white girl says so. Get your head out of your posterior and get over yourself, sista.

"Let Nicole and Ron R.I.P."

---> They await the resurrection to true justice before God, and are currently ignorant of all the crap OJ's pulled on society ever since pulling a knife on them. One day they'll know.

"and MOVE ON PEOPLE."

---> to what, cupcake? More breathless announcements of what mindless skanks are doing? It's time to move alright, time to move to Court and have OJ as a lifelong guest of the State, ineligible for parole ever.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

Look, leave OJ. alone. Gett'm for being an Arssshole but, he was getting his stuff. It's just the way he was going for it. I don't know but, I see a pattern developing here. For some reason the lime light is shining more on black stars gone bad. Or maybe it just seems like that.......

One last time. You ain't posting, I ain't writing. I hope that all comments get the same right to be posted. Otherwise it seems that this blog is being bias about what is being posted and what is not.
Like I said, OJ should pay for being an Arshole not for a drummed up charge. It seems that someone is out to bury this guy. 'cause, let's look at tony Blake: he actually admitted killing his wife. Was found guilty, did his time and that was the end of it. Never heard of him again. I actually like the guy as an actor. But, you take a black guy like OJ or anyone else for that fact and the lime light goes after him till his buried under ground. Now where is the justice on that. Mind you, I also think that any crook should pay for his crime regardless of his skin color but, man they give it some mileage to any black incident.

Not everyone hates OJ

Let be real here people, this was all a set up to find away around the double jeopardy law and retry OJ for the 2 murders he was aquitted of. Plain and simply, this was a set up from beginning to end. If this was not just about "getting OJ", then why is it that everyone under the sun has been offered a "deal" and "reduced sentences" to testify, EXCEPT OJ. Why hasn't OJ been offered a "deal" to testify against the others? ANSWER: Because the sole purpose was to "get OJ".

I thought the law was "innocent until proven guilty" not innocent until "thought" guilty.
