13. He's young, leave him alone. He just needs to straighten up his messed up life. Nothing wrong with the way he looks though, he's just a kid, he's not creepy - you ain't gonna be smilin when you're getting a mugshot taken either. I feel sorry for his former girlfriend though, she was trying to help him and got burned. shame
