Britney Spears must sit for a deposition in her ongoing custody battle, but it will not be videotaped.
L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon has just released his order from last Friday, rejecting the request of Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, to tape the depo.
The judge did require the depo to go full steam ahead. Britney has avoided sitting for her depo for months. But the heat is on.

18. I don't beleive Britney would intentially harm her babies. Who exactly leaks all this informaiton to TMZ anyhow? Vincent Kaplan, Kevin or Shar? Someone's making money on the side, like them leaching off Britney isn't enough?
I've seen Kevin with his two kids a total of two times since he's gained custody of them, the rest of the time it's with nannies or Brits parents. Just how much time does Kevin take care of them? I've actually seen Britney with her kids more than Kevin lately. It would be nice to see Kevin spend more quality time with his sons instead of nannies.

19. I think Brit is still very much in love with Kfed and her pain cannot be measured. I don'[t get the kids thing, but if she is that depressed, you know the commercial "depression hurts everyone."

22. she's a whore-----HELLO-----who in there right mind goes into public with NO UNDIES ON TO THAT THERE WHODIE WHOO TAKEN A PICTURE OF A WHORE THAT'S WHO......if she was a good mother to begin with her children would not have been taken from her and she wouldnt need a parenting coach, she has no family morals because she grew up way too fast and she doesnt and didnt have any family guidance from her own family before she had a family.....and now that she is no longer on top she doesnt know what to do but to do stupid things but you dont go into public with no undies on to have you pu**y taken a picture of unless you are looking for attention and she is looking for attention becuase she is no longer on top she needs the attention from somewhere and she does whorish things to get the attention that she wants she likes it but it is sick.....

24. Reality check the kids look terrified of the cameras, not BRITNEY. Do you see the big difference with Kevin and Britney, they stand back with Kevin and push cameras in the kids face with Britney. BIG DIFFERENCE.

25. Ok, for all of you who diss Kevin because you have not seen him with his kids much, but Britney has been seen with them, let me clue in your clueless brain.
Britney drags her kids out so she can be seen with them. She thinks this will be proof that she loves her kids and spends time with them. However, the times that she has been seen out with them, where is she going? To the park, to a toy store, to an amusement park? No - she is going shopping for her where she knows the media will be (or where she has notified the media she will be.
This media frenzy scares the boys.
Now, Kevin has not been seen with the boys because he realizes that to do so will only be pimping the boys for his own good. He is wise. You do see Kevin out and about, but not nearly as much as he used to. He is staying home with the boys.
Sure he has a nanny. Most celebrities do. And yes, it is the nanny you see with the boys. This is common. You act as if because you only see the boys with the nanny, they are not spending time with Kevin.
All of you really need to open up your eyes. Do you really even know what the job of a Nanny is?
Many of you are very young people who goes by their initial reaction to any posting. Before you come here to the boards to post, think about the REALITY of this whole situation. Most of you who post are showing a very immature mindset. That puts you in a category that makes you ineligible to make any remarks about Britney OR Kevin, since you have the maturity of a 13 year old. Perhaps you are 13? If so, you should not be coming here to post.

Aunt Dar...those poor kids have camera flashing in their faces and that is the ONLY time u do see them..also Brit NEEDS the glasses to protect her eyes from the FLASHES....I don't agree with her taking them out when she knows they r going to be seeing flashbulbs..with that said....K-fed has probably been ORDERED by his lawyer NOT to be seen with them in public....we all know NOBODY loves to smug more for the cameras than him!!!!!!!!!
