Britney Spears must sit for a deposition in her ongoing custody battle, but it will not be videotaped.
L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon has just released his order from last Friday, rejecting the request of Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, to tape the depo.
The judge did require the depo to go full steam ahead. Britney has avoided sitting for her depo for months. But the heat is on.

84. It amazes me that with all the FACTUAL info about her, she still has her defenders.
I would really like to know why?? She is so narcissistic, thumbs her nose at the
court ,has poor judgement, and of coarse the worst is what she is putting her kids through. She does not live in reality and with all that said, she is making no attempt to get help...I just don't get it.

87. I used to be a court reporter and I can tell you that most depositions that I ever conducted were NOT videotaped...so why would this need to be? The times they are taped are if there is a concern about someone not being in the area during the trial, or risk of death before the trial, etc, etc. Depositions are private and I support this ruling!! It is a correct decision.

88. listen - we have lost sight of what is really important the KIDS. what is unfortunate britney has lost sight of that! it appears that she does not care about her children or she would doing what the judge wants her to do instead of shopping, getting her lips done, and partying she is the one whois showing her lack of concern. i hate to say oit but her trailer park trash up bring is showing and no one is to blame for that but Brittney! not even kevin. she is who she is no matter what and that is to bad for the kids!

89. You all can defend Britney all you want but the truth is that she doesn't want Kevin's kids. That is why there are no accusations against Kevin. She certainly has the resources to put up a fight if she wanted to. She wants to make it look like Kevin stole her kids from her so she will get sympathy and sell lots of CDs. The kids are not a priority for her. In fact, she is doing everything possible to minimize the time she has to spend with them. If Kevin is a bad parent shouldn't she be doing everything she can to get those kids from him? She knows Kevin much better than all of us and she is doing nothing. If Kevin is as bad as you all say then Britney is really trash for not even trying.
