46. Of course he wants to expedite discovery. He wants to win the lawsuit before any more Anna Nicole videos surface showing what a peach of a guy he is. The more dirt that surfaces, the less chance of finding 12 sympathetic people to say he was defamed. I’d say he’s done a pretty good job of that all by himself.

51. stern should not be able to win anything in a defamation suit against cosby. his reputation has NO VALUE. the man participated in aiding a pregnant woman in blatent drug abuse by getting her drugs in HIS name. I don't care what cosby's book says, it cannot make his reputation any worse than that! so even if he wins, he shouldn't be compensated for damage to his reputation.

56. Rita got in bed with Virgie and this is what she gets. She knew there was NO tape and she knows Jackie Hatten has never met Larry and so she had to try and BRIBE the nannies. She said she would never get sued , but she did. I'm sure O'Quinn said DON'T WORRY. Virgie invited Rita to the furneral of Anna's , O'Quinn was Virgie's attorney then, so just follow the trail. This book of lies was for Virgie to get Dannielynn away from Larry and then get what ever monies that came her way. Was it not Virgie that said she didn't want the money. But every action she has done is FOR THE MONEY. Now Virgie is going after Daniel's
estate, what did Daniel leave a sock in Texas. And why dose she think she should get anything from Daniel. That estate goes to Dannielynn IF there is anything or Daniel's father not Virgie. Funny she thinks she should have it all. Well, her showing her fat ass with Rita at the book signing tells me a lot about her. Virgie Author never loved Anna or Daniel, but she sure loves them DEAD.
