In legal papers it's reported Kevin has made 0 income in the last two years! No wonder that turd of a lawyer for Kevin has been playing dirty. Hey Kevin go shave those pubes off your face you big dirty butt.

I cant imagine the sorrow and humilation those boys will go through when the day comes they are old enough to read exactly what their father is and has done to their mother.

She is actually been ordered to pay 120 thousand ofthe 160 thousand requested. That means that 25 percent of the fees were considered by the court to be not her responsibility.

The obvious move on her part would be to ask the court to appoint a different lawyer for him. The reason, the present lawyer is overbilling by 25 percent. The other obvious move would to be to pay, then challenge every line item expense.

I can agree with her having to pay based on the California law but think it beyond fair that he be allowed to select a lawyer 25 percent more expensive than the court is willing to allow.

He is the King of Losers. And he has the kids that he can't even support himself, Something isn't right with that picture. I can't stand him. The trashy, can't rap either

IF ANYONE WHO READS THIS HAS NEVER GONE TO COURT OVER CUSTODY AND LAWYER FEES IT GOES FOR EVERYONE ALMOST. THEY BASE IT ON 2 THINGS, HOW MUCH TIME YOU SPEND WITH THE CHILDREN AND HOW MUCH YOU MAKE THAT'S IT AND I KNOW BECAUSE I MADE MORE MONEY AND WAS ALMOST ORDERED TO PAY BUT, BECAUSE MY EX SPENT 4% OF HIS TIME WITH OUR 2 KIDS HE WAS ORDERED TO PAY AND HE HAS NO JOB AND INTENDS NOT TO GET ONE. I AGREE WITH THE COURT ON HAVING BRITNEY PAY, SHE WAS SHOWN AS A DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSER AND WHEN YOU HAVE 2 PEOPLE FIGHTING EVERY WEEK ABOUT CUSTODY IT ADDS UP. ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE HAD TO DO DRUG TEST AND SHE MISSED SOME, ALSO A COURT APPOINTED CHILD WELFARE CHECK AND SHE MISSED 3 OF THOSE VISITS. I THINK ALL OF YOU GUYS NEED TO THINK, HE MAY BE A LOSER FOR NOT HAVING A JOB, BUT HE IS AT HOME, WE DON'T SEE PICTURES EVERYDAY OF HIM WITH THE KIDS AT FREAKIN STARBUCKS AND SHOPPING SPREES . I LIKE BRITNEY TOO, BUT WHEN WE AS THE PUBLIC ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THAT COURT ROOM, WE MUST RESPECT THE JUDGE'S DICISION AND ACCEPT THE FACT THAT BRITNEY NEEDS REHAB, REAL REHAB, AND ADMIT THAT HER ACTIONS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. WHY DOES SHE NEED TO GO TO TOWN EVERY DAY AND GO TO EVERY PARTY. LET'S FACE IT, IF BRITNEY WOULD HAD STAYED HOME AND LAYED LOW, IT WOULD HAVE COME OUT BETTER FOR HER. SHE AND KEVIN MADE THE DICISION THE HAVE CHILDREN AND WETHER BRITNEY LIKE'S IT OR NOT, SHE NEEDS TO BE A BETTER ROLE MODEL FOR HER CHILDREN, COME ON GUYS HOW WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR MOM OUT PARTYING WITH NO UNDERWEAR ? From the day that snake slithered his way into Britney's life, her pants and her wallet he has taken her to an all time low. I saw it coming from day one. And when the kids came into the picture I knew that one day they would divorce and he would seek full custody of the kids, but not because he really wants them full time, but because he wants to be paid in full! All he wants is fame and money. He lacks in the fame department so why not go for the gold. Nasty gold digger! Sad to say Britney fell for him and ruined her entire life for him. Hopefully she could get her act together, take charge of her life, her kids and her money and put an end to that snake! Oh and by the way, a couple of years back I remember well known magazines stating that Britney wanted to divorce K-Fed because he partied too much with his friends and smoked too much pot in her house! Why hasn't that been brought up in this divorce case? Why hasn't his nasty ass been portayed as the one who has a bad drug habit? If I were Britney I would definately air his dirty laundry to the paprazzi and the press and I would definately put on a pair of clean underwear before I did so.

I think she should have to pay ALL the attorney fees, not just $120,000 out of $160,000. She is a self-absorbed negligent mother who was bound and determined to have this dude even though his girlfriend was pregnant with his second child at the time. Britney filed for divorce instead of trying to keep it together for her childrens' sakes and now he is the only responsible parent these kids have. She makes like half a million dollars a month, so yes, Britney--you pay.

Well I am not surprised...was it a shock that he earns no income? Is he trying to say he made no profit off of that ridiculous CD of his? He smokes, drinks, does everything Brit is accused of being a bad parent for and on top of that, he can't even support his children without her money. He'll be riding her coat tails for a long time to come. And they take the kids away from her? The judge is totally biased and obviously holding her to a double standard. Quit calling her popwreck. Lorie,actually brit did give k-fed 50,000 for his kids with shar so yea she is such a bad person to most ppl (rolling eyes). and yes she continued to give money for those kids until they separated. as a man it makes me sick that he "says" he has no income,what about one tree hill ?

Look Kiddies, In CA the person making the LEAST amount of money pays the ex spouse. That's how it is LEGALLY done. It has NOTHING to do with him being a LOSER or any of the other names you think fit him. HE'S DOES MOST CERTAINLY DESERVE SUPPORT, just like the least paid would if it were a WOMAN! He's going to be doing most of the raising of the kids is my guess and he'll get child support too. He has always been a dancer by profession, it's a "feast of famine" type of career and thousands of people can claim to be in that profession. Grow up and see reality. When you go into a marriage where one of the pardners make much much more it always goes this way when they divorce. JUST BECAUSE HE'S A MAN doesn't mean he shouldn't get support! What country do you live in where the MAN always makes more and pays support? Usually the woman gets more custody. Brits nuts so that explains that.
