11. Is sounds like this doctor has a bad track record. Dr. West should have consulted a highly recomemded surgeon for her procedures, especially when it comes to something as serious as liposuction, you don't want any back alley surgeon doing major surgery on you.

14. I'm sorry for the loss of his mother but honestly anyone considering any surgical procedure should do research about the doctors. Any of this information regarding lawsuits is accessable by the public. Ok the doctor may not have disclosed but legally he is not obligated to do. The patient has to assume some responsiblity. I know I wouldn't let anyone cut me open without my researching them.
