Say It Ain't So! Arrest Warrant Out for Hayden?

HaydenAn arrest warrant has reportedly been issued in Japan for Hayden Panettiere. Last month the teen star swam on a surfboard with other activists to confront Japanese fisherman during a bloody dolphin hunt.

Hayden tells TMZ, "Obviously this issue has generated defensive behavior on the part of both the Japanese Authorities and Fishermen. I have grown up hearing – and adhering to – this phrase: 'condemnation without investigation dooms one to everlasting ignorance.' We must unite as a world to solve our increasing international environmental crises. We can no longer hide behinid out-dated, senseless cultural traditions and lazy, bad habits that are resulting in the annihilation of our planet's resources and the extinction of our species. As a spokesperson for the 'Declare Yourself' campaign, I encourage everyone – particularly young people – to educate themselves on the candidates and their positions on environmental issues. Every generation has its own challenge; this is the challenge of our generation."

Well, so much for my rant. I meant to write: COMPLICIT.

47.
Same organization that went to court to remove a whale from a Oregon aquarium to " free it " even though they were warned the whale would die.
They had it moved to icy waters way up north someplace and let it go after a month. It died and I have never forgave them for that.

Hayden should find a cause closer to home where she may have some positive impact. This organization would leave her in jail in Japan to further their cause, they are useing her.

48. I hope Hayden gets locked up for this. If a little Hollywood brat interfered with my business, they'd be feeling the wrath pretty damn hard.

50. Way to go girl! I was physically nauseous watching that video. Just reaffirms how heartless and cruel people can be. Please don't equate Hayden to another stupid Hollywood girl. At least the girl got in trouble standing up for what she believed in and not a DUI! If I'd have known I would have been there right next to her!

51. Fleiter, for you to say that Hayden hasn't worked a day in her life is nuts.

A full-time actress' job is grueling--ask anyone who's been on a set. She was acting when she was younger than 18. Compared to other 18-year-olds, this girl works her ASS off. What are many others doing at 18, Fleiter? Asking if you want fries with that. AND slacking off, probably. And sitting around getting glassy-eyed and doing dope.

For those of you who equate acting with doing nothing, you are shooting your ignorant mouths off about something you obviously don't know anything about.

52. Is this little troll sitll milking her plublicity stunt? Get over youself. You look like a male midget. The only reason you work in Hollywood is because they love little boys. Duh!

53. Okay #8 and #22...for real, alot of innocent people died in the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki...think before you type (and for real #22, "God Bless" and this dude is refering to bombing a country?) As for Hayden...we can't be so quick to enforce our beliefs and customs in another country...we have bigger problems over here in our own country to sort out. She was doing only what she felt was right but there are consequences to every action we make.

54. I admire the courage of Hayden her attention's is to preserve our natural resources she's really a Hero. Good luck and God bless.

55. She really does look like an 11 year old boy. Someone at NBC has a gay pedophile fantasy and Hayden is the center of it. There is no other exlpantation for why this mediocre at best actress, who has the face and body of a male child should get work in Hollywood.

56. I certainly get upset seeing any animal slaughtered, but please remember that our eating cows must seem horrendous to those from India. Imposing our beliefs on other cultures is just wrong. Pimp has it right. And as far as I can tell she was far more successful in drawing attention to herself than saving the dolphins.

57. sorry comedy girl,

you have to take your "american" glasses. The act might be heinous to you, but may be for them is not. Again you are pushing your view of the world onto others. Should we bomb India for allowing a 12yr old girl to marry a stranger? Should Iran nuke us because they find it extremely heinous that women in the US wear mini-skirts. Where do you draw the line? I understand your good intentions, but the road to hell is paved with them.

Also, if the dolphins were in their territorial waters, they are their property.

58. #48, she may be working hard... but a college education is what most 18 year olds should be focusing on. She may be making good money, but an education is much more important and makes you the person you truly are.

59. For real guys...it's one thing to have an opinion about things but to pass judgement on another culture just because of their customs and beliefs? One thing for sure, most asians are in better health that we are. Do I want to sit around eating half the stuff they do? No. But one thing for sure, they don't have to worry about heart disease, obesity, and diabetes. There's alot we can learn from alot of cultures, including Asians. I feel bad for Hayden...she got caught up in the excitement and didn't think about the consequences. Those fishermen were just doing their regular 9-5 and Hayden was being a hero. Two totally different points of view. I say the Japanese should just pardon her and Hayden should committ her heroism to issues in this country.

60.
So they found a naive 18 year old Hollywood actress to indoctrinate into the world of activism, how unusual how rare.

The only people impressed by her acts are other activist in Hollywood. Those fisherman do not understand why they were even there in the first place and her debut made no difference in their way of life.

Do something at home where it may be understood by it's people.
I don't agree with killing of Dolphins but lets be real here.

Japan does not understand many things about us either but they don't send their actors to save our natural landscape and thousands of creatures from being turned into energy sucking mega mansions for Hollywood.
