Kate Does a Bad Bump in New York

Kate Moss has never held back her paparazzi-directed fire, calling them "mentally retarded," and "sick in the head." Last Friday, one idiot snapper proved her right.

As Kate left Marc Jacobs' SoHo boutique, she and new guy Jamie Hince walked right into a pap swarm -- where one careless cameraman accidentally thwacked her hard on her million-dollar face with his flash attachment, causing the waif supermodel to let loose with a Brit-inflected stream of invective.
The clumsy lensman didn't apologize for the pap faux-pas. No charges have yet been filed by Moss.

7. eyeamtym, you are a sad barstard. You have fallen in love with an airbrushed PHOTOGRAPH, so of course a real woman will never match up to her. You will never find any woman to stack up to a picture, so you will be alone forever.

Now, as far as this whole camera incident, I am not a litigious person, but in this case, she should sue. He could have cut her face and/or really scarred her face, which is her career. The fact that he didnt even apologize or ask her if she was hurt, he just kept snapping away, proves he is a jerk of the highest order. I'd sue.
