Unlike the last time he was supposed to host an event, hip-hop's eyelid-tatted, blinged-out rainmaker, Lil Wayne, actually showed up to perform hosting duties at Pure Nightclub in Atlanta this week. Lil shocked?

As seen in the intoxicating photos taken by our good friends at ATLpics.net, Wayne spent most of the night struggling to keep his eyes open. It's not clear whether it was the glare from his jewelry or the content of his cup that caused the continuous squinting. Does it really matter? Enjoy.

33. This world is full of idiots that make a "star" out of every ignorant, baggy pants wearing punk from da' hood. $10 bucks says he doesn't even know all the letters in the alphabet. In about a year to 18 months he'll be forgotten and in 3 years he'll have wasted all his UNEARNED money on rims and grills and be right back on welfare ... along with his 4 kids born out of wedlock.

44. I'm getting a big kick reading these comments. Some say this guy is nuts
but others are defending him!!! Is this the way you want your 'heroes' to look? Nobody minds anyone enjoying themselves and tossing a few back, but this guy looks like he started drinking (or shooting) last week!
