Cuban to "Fan" -- Don't Broadcast.com Your Idiocy

Former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant Mark Cuban was shocked to see a TMZ photog filming him in New York yesterday -- and so was the fan who didn't know his name.


Cuban was walking out of his Manhattan hotel when he spotted our camera and said, "There are all kinds of famous people in there, you don't need me." It was then that a kid came running up to him, patted him on the shoulder and said, "What's up, Mike? What's your name, Mark or Mike?"

Quite the fan.
