Britney Spears claims she was too sick to go to her deposition yesterday -- but she looked just fine when TMZ caught her driving around until 2 o'clock in the morning!
Cameras caught the popwreck and an assistant leaving her home away from home, the Four Seasons, for her other home away from home -- a gas station -- last night. Brit didn't answer when we asked why she missed her extremely important deposition that morning, saying little more than, "It's cold, y'all."
After filling up her tank with $50 worth of gas at the 76, she then hit up yet another gas station on Sunset -- and drove off without her assistant! Oopsies!

It was not sickness or anxiety, it was that she was too hung over to pull her head out of the toliet, then 8 hours later all better and ready to do it again. Thatâs what I think.

Evidently the girl has psychological problems and is stressed out. I fear that
she will do something really stupid. She needs to leave the business and seek
a long term recovery program away from the spotlight and the paps. She should

It's so sad....for her and the boys.....she doesn't have a clue about her life or theirs....maybe, just maybe, she really doesn't want those adorable little boys...but in her anger or jealousy towards KFed, she doesn't want him to have them either. She apparently doesn't trust her parents--if you believe everything you read--either....the judge needs to step in and do something soon. Imagine how the boys will feel when they are older and hear/read about all of these events? So sad....

Most of you called it yesterday - she couldn't stay home for even one night to make her lame excuse look good. She keeps ratcheting up the crazy, you think it can't go any higher, and there it is. When is she going to blow?? It's going to be huge, y'all.

Judges are really not happy when their orders are so obviously blown off (like claiming to be sick, and then being out the same night until 2 AM..she can't get people to come to her?). She's toast. She's gonna lose custody, and pay all K-Fed's legal fees

She does this becuase she gets away with it. No one can tell this brat what to do, not even officials. And she is allowed to get away with this bs. I read yesterday that the reason she was "sick" was becuase of all the paps outside her house, hello....she loves the attention. If she went to the depo she would loose several hours of attention but by staying in her house and not going she gained alot of attention. I haven't commented on her in awhile becuase she does what she wants, no one seems to care, she has no consequences (loosing her babies is not a consequence they are toys to her and she'll toss them out like garbage or play "dress up" when it suits her. Britney is a worthless piece of trash, no that's a compliment for her. She is as nasty as maggot poop. What I am waiting for his for Brit to hit an officials kid or this lame ass judge's kid (any one who had her reckless behavior would be in the looney bin or behind bars) and then her world will fall apart. The more she gets away with this stuff, the worse she gets. Karma is a bitch and these city officials that are star struck and money hungry will get theres.
