Artie Lange gave onlookers lessons on how to pick up one of the hot Las Vegas cocktail waitresses ... just sit and stare with your tongue out.

TMZ snapped this photo of Artie from "The Howard Stern Show" inside the Luxor Hotel and Casino this weekend, at the exact moment his tongue fell out of his face while staring at this hot young server. No word on if she accepted his dinner invitation.

24. This is so sad. I've been to Vegas many times and it always strikes me as a sad place where these girls go and dress themselves up in these outfits (or no outfits at all) for these demeaning jobs. I hope they are in school because someday when your looks fade and you gain 50 pounds, your outfit at the Wendy's drive through window isn't going to be as hot. You should do something more positive with yourself!
