TMZ has learned that "HSM" star Zac Efron was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center today suffering from appendicitis.

His rep tells us "He had his appendix removed and is recuperating."

Tough times in HOLLYWEIRD , first the writer's strike, now the hospital is in lock down because the staff officialy ate way too much Cuckoo Cocca Puff's and this High School Jockstrap has gotten some major belly pain from eattin' way too many SWEETTART'S. Suck it up dipstick because your Girlfriend might get lonely and do something naughty again. Calling Dr. Jo Frost to the naughty mat for Vanessa.

Apendectomy, no fun. I'm not really a huge fan of Zac, but I just had surgery last week, so I feel for him. All of you bad mouthing him, keep in mind he is still just a kid. A kid who just had surgery. Have a heart.
