TMZ has learned that "HSM" star Zac Efron was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center today suffering from appendicitis.
His rep tells us "He had his appendix removed and is recuperating."

14. Apendectomy, no fun. I'm not really a huge fan of Zac, but I just had surgery last week, so I feel for him. All of you bad mouthing him, keep in mind he is still just a kid. A kid who just had surgery. Have a heart.
