TMZ has learned Heath Ledger was sick with pneumonia when he died today in NY.

26. Based on this I do believe that his death was an accident. Why he was naked though I will never know. Working as a Morgue Assistant, however, I do know that more people will take they're last breath in the bathroom. This is by far not the first nor last person to die in the "john". I just know if Im sick or dying I will not be heading to the bathroom...I refuse to kill over in the most cliched area of a home.

28. Wow, so maybe it was his health that killed him. Anyone with a weak system and not being treated by a doctor is at risk for hearth failure. Add sleeping bills or pain meds to the mix and you've not got much of a chance. From what I've seen he looked to be an addict, and reports say he had an abuse problem. Add a severe illness to that fact and his heart was a ticking time bomb. If cause of death is heart failure I won't be shocked at all.
