It's really just the lips and nose that look bad. Her nose looks like it's melting, and she has way too much lipstick on those huge lips. If she toned it down, she'd probably look much better. I was really amazed she was that old.

She's beautiful. She looks smoking hot. Sultry and sexy. I would bang the B-Jesus out of her and afterwards I would cradle her and rock her and treat her very well. She's got the glam look going. Which makes her pretty in that respect. BUT. Her nose and mouth look bumpy and kinda lumpy. The hair's not bad. It's a decent style, just messy. What makes her appearance strange in my mind is knowing that she's a 86 year old who has A LOT of work done and her face is completely artifictial.
