What is with all the negative comments? Do so many of you have that pathetic of a life that you feel the need to see horrible things from one stupid picture?? Nicole looks healthy and her boyfriend looks fine. Maybe they went out for a quick dinner because grandparents wanted to spend time with the baby. Maybe the baby is there but with another family member. Maybe her shoes were hurting her and she needed help down the curb. Maybe she just has those lucky genes and can stay thin. Whatever the case may be, not everything is about drugs, being a drama queen, and neglecting the kid.
