And to the person who asked. Removing someone's custodial rights is an extremely difficult process. First and foremost she would actually have to have a diagnosis. She would then have to prove to be a repeated threat to her own safety. Then you go to court and TRY to get her conserved. But honestly you have to be completely non-functional for this to happen and it is un heard of in wealthy circles as they have the money to pay people to take care of stuff to keep them looking like they have it together at least marginally.

TMZ--you have no proof of any real "intervention," and there has been NO diagnosis of Britney to indicate bipolar disorder. It is shameful that you would publish this stuff without any factual evidence. No matter what you may think based on observation of her behavior, using the phrase, "help with her bipolar disorder" is completely inappropriate, as no such determination has been made.
The APA actually issued official statements against you and other tabloid journals for making these unsubstantiated claims in the first place.
It very well may turn out that she does have some sort of disorder or other problem, but making specific claims before-the-fact is reprehensible. A more mature and responsible celeb than Britney would sue you and win.

71. For the past few months Sam has been the only onek eepin this girl from total self destruction. Where were her parents month ago, they weren't even talking to her. And if it were not for Sam they would not be talking to her now. Lynne didn't even show up to the hospital after her own daughter had a mental breakdown three weeks ago. It is only now, three weeks later that she has come to see her own daughter. Even britney's father, who Britney doesn't even speak to, got to that hospital! Lynne should thank God that her daughter has a friend like Sam in her daughters life, or her daughter would have been left vulnerable to the like of Adnan, who was loving the fact that Britney was slowly killing herself, (after all those types of pictures, and stories sell for big bucks).
Lynne is a disgusting mother, and bashing someone who has been the only real friend in her child's life, especially when she herself couldn't bother to be bothered, is disgraceful behaviour.

73. Don't you mean that the family is mad at Adnan - the creepy FUG pap who is selling out Britney for $2 million.

Its Adnan who goes with Britney to hotels at all hours in the night and off to Mexico. Adnan is driving a new Mercedes likely either bought by Brit for him or with money he earned by selling Britney pictures and stories.

Sam seems to lay low and tries to keep Britney in control. Sam takes her to court and depositions. Sam takes her shopping.

Adnan likes the spotlight and goes on crazy sex-filled night time ventures with Britney to make a buck!

According to page six Brit took Sam and Mama to breakfast this morning at the Beverly Hills Hotel and they did some make up shopping before heading off to the dealership. The answer to the pressing question is simple: Brit forgot she was angry at Sam because she was british last night. Remember, she conveniently forgets everything she says and does when she is british. Phew, mystery solved and no need to call Matlock or Angela Lansbury. I feel better now. How bout you Brit?
