That intervention can't come fast enough.

4. You are not kidding that intervention can't come fast enough. Soeone has to be able to catch this chick doing somehting that endagers herslef or others while driving... the one way in whcich she can be committed invuluntary. Perhaps letting random men in your car can be considered dangerous?
