Conservators to Lutfi -- Open the Damn Door!

In court just a few minutes ago, a lawyer for the conservators said they have been trying to serve Sam Lutfi with a restraining order prohibiting him from seeing Brit, but he has refused to open the door to accept service.

They mentioned that Lutfi has spoken on the phone with Britney, allegedly in violation of the restraining order.

TMZ knows Lutfi had indeed spoken with Britney over the weekend.

This yahoo is no idiot !!! That is why he is preying on Brit ............I am sure he doesn't want to be served, then he would have to obey the order and not be able to pass on what is happening to Spears! Somebody get a rope...........

I was alarmed that the hospital allowed him to bring food to Brit. He could have slipped drugs into the drink or into the food or even salt/pepper packets.
