Wouldn't the guitars be easy to track too? if two of the described guitars showed up in a pawn shop, they'd be busted. I also agree that they take up more room than they can be worth to steal.

HAAA! You know at first I thought it read, "Katherine Heigl Robbed by MORMONS" and I'm thinking to myself, "They saw some dudes in ties and bike helmets but didn't stop them from breaking car windows? Man them mormons can get away with anything..." Ahh Me...its early...

I'd say the thief was quite smart. Heck, maybe the thief even knew who's car it was he was breaking into; after all, there are plenty of pics on the internet of celebrities and their vehicles. Say they did know to whom it belonged - which is most likely to bring out the finest LAPD detectives - the GPS unit, or the guitars that would (in the end) fetch more money? To avoid the guitars not only makes for a quick getaway, but also ensures that no one will be kicking in doors anytime soon. You can replace a GPS unit, but there are some musicians that would pay a hefty ransom for their guitars back. Have you ever seen Willie Nelson's guitar? 'Nuff said.

How about stealing the car and hit a chop shop. Car would be unrecognizable in about 45 minutes.

She's a big star now, why didn't she buy a house in a gated community? We saw her moving in, thanks to TMZ. It looks like she lives on a regular street that anyone can come to. And doesn't she have a garage? :)

heard a rumor that crooks  now steal gps to track ur home address to rob u of more valuable things. hope the crooks didn't get their security gate opener or garage door opener also.

Check for Lutfi's finger prints. He seems to be getting around Hollywood these days. And he's probably mad at losing his place in Britney's Home..........leaving him without another follower that he can lead around. His stalking attitude may lead him to more criminal opportunities!

That thief was smart not dumb. GPS unit is not unique unless Heigl kept track of the serial number. The cops put out a description of all stolen items and send them around to the pawn shops. Those guitars would have led straight back to the thief. Smart guy stealing small, portable valuable loot.

I suppose they should have stolen the guitars and try to sell them, telling people, "hey it's a really good deal, this belongs to a celebrity, Josh Kelley"
