Aren't these the same police who covered up for Mel Gibson when he was arrested on a DUI, and destroyed the police video of him resisting arrest while directing Anti-semetic remarks at the arresting officer?

Just because he got arrested at 8:00 am doesn't mean he was drinking then. If he was wasted at 1:00 am he would still have a blood acohol level at 8:00 am. He probably was partying the night before, fell asleep at someone's house, woke up in the morning and decided to drive home. I think if you are underage you can get a DUI regardless of your BAC. There are people who get DUI's on their way to work cause they're still wasted from the night before. They just think they're sober because they've been sleeping for 6-7 hours.

Police tell TMZ that no drugs or drug paraphernalia were found in Barron Hilton's car or on his person. They say at this point, it does not appear drugs are a factor.
