I think TMZ is just pissed that he didn't comment on britney, and actually said something intelligent.
It really doesn't matter what celebrities do, TMZ will never be satisfied and will always search for something to bring them down.
Why don't you take a look at Harvey whatever-his-name-is and try to find something that isn't completely ridiculous about him?
The man needs a soul.
And a facelift, because he is really ugly, inside and out.
