The Players All Lining Up for Brit's Court Date

TMZ is in court as the major players in Britney Spears' conservatorship and custody cases are all lining up to speak their mind at today's hearing.

K-Daddy's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, as well as Jamie Spears and his attorneys have all arrived in court. One new player has shown up too-- powerhouse lawyer Stacy Phillips. She previously represented singer Bobby Brown in his divorce from Whitney Houston. The buzz is she's next in line to take on Britney as a client in her custody battle.

4. i think you should do a story about mental illness. i believe that medication and commitment to a psych institution is harmful. britney spears' problem is not mental illness and not due to a chemical imbalance. why do you follow her to a dept. store where she will shop for clothes and then expose her naked to the public when she is trying on the clothes? and then announce "britney naked!" this is not a sign of mental illness. nor is speaking with a british accent, nor is wearing torn fishnets and just a white long shirt with tie. perhaps her seemingly irrational behavior is a sign that she cannot express her thoughts and feelings the usual way because she thinks what she's feeling is wrong because she is expected to be "britney spears" the sweet innocent singer pop star. just because she doesn't talk like others, dress like others, etc., doesn't mean she is abnormal. what she needs to do is express herself clearly because people expect her to behave like everyone else. so people will not misjudge her if she decides to lock herself in the bathroom because she doesn't want to part with her kids (and who hasn't locked themselves in the bathroom when feeling bad?).

the problem is:

1. the media is distorting the truth by announcing false reports like that she is mentally ill because she took off her clothes in a dept. store which was open only for her.

2. her problem is not a chemical imbalance, but her inability to say that she wants a different lifestyle, she is lonely, she is lost, and all those feelings she yet has to identify herself, and what kind of life she wants.

Thanks.

9. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

WE DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT MONEY, COURT DATES, LAWYERS, ETC.

WE WANT TO HEAR THAT THOSE KIDS CAN SEE THEIR MAMA

FOR THOSE WHO THINK SHE SHOULD BE "PUNISHED" WITHOUT THEM, THINK....IT IS NOT HEALTHY FOR THEM TO BE KEPT AWAY FROM THEIR MOTHER EITHER!!!!!

12. Restore her rights, replace her father with a professional medically qualified conservator, give her some supervised access to her children, and schedule her trial for custody as soon as the conservators are no longer needed.

13. I want to hear that she has regained her civil rights. I cannot wait for a judge to strip the old drunk of his so called powers and let her be already. What kind of nitwit system allows a persons PUBLICALLY ESTRANGED FAMILY to swoop in and gain legal hold over a person when they are at their most VULNERABLE? TEAM CIVIL RIGHTS!

15. I don't know about all of you, but I think she still has a crazed look in her eyes.

She is not out of the woods yet by a long shot.

Could be months if not longer.
