Brit to Sam -- Have a Bitchin' Spring

TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi has agreed to back off the Brit for another 30 days.

We've learned Lutfi and the conservators have avoided the court showdown tomorrow by agreeing to extend the restraining order against Lutfi for 30 days. Under the existing order, which expires tomorrow, Lutfi must stay 2 1/2 football fields away from the Britster and basically have no contact with her at all. The parties have agreed to extend that order.

The Commish will sign off on the extension at the hearing tomorrow.

Sources tell TMZ there was a meeting between Lutfi and the conservators last week. Lutfi had been locked and loaded to fight any extension -- so it appears something that happened during that meeting changed his mind.

We're told Lutfi believes the restraining order extension is a good thing for both him and Brit.

17. You people still just do not get it....Britney and Sam were extremely tight. They were close friends and they still are. Britney liked Sam. There still is a bond between Britney and Sam Lufti!

20. It is true that Britney is no longer running half crazed everywhere. However, it was Sam that got her into the hospital and got her help. It would be odd if he were truly drugging her and using her that he would jeopardize all of that by having her get well. So it is truly an enigma.
Britney was trying to get free of her parents and their control. As long as her parents are being CLOSELY MONITORED themselves, it seems that they are helping her as utlimately it helps them because they live off of her. That does not mean that they truly love or care about her.
Right now Britney needs stability and peace. So as it is let it be. When she is strong and as long as she continues to see her counselor/dr she will be able to pull free of her parents in a healthy way and have a better understanding of how to put up boundaries that will protect her from hurtful people. There is no doubt in my mind that she was sexually abused in her childhood somewhere. My bet is on dad, but I could be wrong.

21. 3 PM it was not a healthy bond. I wouldn't describe what they had as friendship. One of the first things he did was to drive a wedge between her and her family. This is called Divide and Conquer. It's a classic sign of abuse.

Why stay with someone like that? a) it's hard to get them out of the house b) you begin to believe what they say over your own thought c) they've got you lowered to the ground, "No wonder everyone thinks you are crazy," d) the abuser is often the most charming fellow e) one wants it to be like it was in the beginning--perfect.

24. Britney is no longer running half crazed everywhere simply because her father will not allow it.
I do not think that Sam Lufti is the bad guy everyone makes him out to be. Seems everyone tries to paint Adnan as a bad person also.
I seriously doubt her father sexually abused her. Had he done so there is no way he would be her conservator today. One word from Britney concerning sexual abuse on his part and he would have been history.

25. Spend some time checking out the personal videos of Britney Spears on Youtube. Most of them K-FED took doing their marriage for their "chaotic life" reaility show. You'll see that Britney Spears has some real personal issues and that she's about as smart as a box of rocks.
One would think she's on drugs in most of them but she's not. It's just the way she is....the woman is wacked and she has been for a long time.

27. Sam did not get her into the hospital...her therapist did. Sam convinced her to leave the hospital the first time.

28. 25. Pure BUNK! Sam never attempted to convince Britney to leave Cedars. Sam also played a major part in getting Britney help for her mental issues the entire time he was assisting her. Britney did NOT want help for her problems.

30. Well GEEZZZZ Rat, errrr Osama, mabye if you had the parents involved from the begining instead of shoving them out of the picture, she would be in a much better position. But I guess stealing money and keeping her drugged up was more fun.
