Um, cuz Chili's is good. Just because you haev money doesn't mean you always have to waist it on overpriced food. And, not like we never see other celebs with McD's bags in their hands.

That's not Jessica Simpson, It's Casey Simpson from Cerritos CA. She was a contestant on Nashville Star a few years back.
