The new forum is open to anyone with a Wordpress login. So yes and no ~ Open to the Public ~ You have to be a member of wordpress. The only forum “FOR MEMBERS ONLY” is on the main site.

You had better stop copying what I write at Rose's site and printing it here, because I use different lies at each place, and don't want people to get confused. I've told so many lies I don't even remember what I said. I don't have real friends, but I can get a dog because they can't control who has them. So even I can get a dog, however it probably won't like me.

I would email J. Nazarian and let him know everything unusual that has happened to you, maybe he has some aquintances in your area…. I hope that they stop their little stunts to upset you, but wouldn’t it really be terrific to catch the person (s) and have them rat on the two or three that are behind it! Then we would see them all with criminal charges, put in jail and you would have just cause to sue the crap out of them for criminal aggrevation! Just saying….

Just one thing regarding a response to your post by someone, there was NO discontinuance in this case. The judge set a deadline for McCabe--April 21st and he simply ignored it.

continuance--there was no continuance beyond that weekend following the hearing of the 18th.

I thought you would have caught that :-).

Question: since you are more acquainted with the law than I, does a plaintiff have more ability to produce voluminous filings with the court because she carries the burden of proof and is initiator of the case? Does this ipso facto put the defendants in the category of filing responses to plaintiff's filings? I realize that is such a generalized question, I am somewhat embarassed to even ask, but it's the only way to learn.

In other words could McCabe have found a way to respond to a response with another supplemental filing in order to shove some more exhibits, etc. into the court pipeline?

Wouldn't you think a deadline from the court on filings for jurisdictional discovery and two weeks for Howard to respond (which was done) would have concluded the process at this point regarding jurisdictional discovery?
