Gabrielle Union -- or her lawyer -- has been spending way too much time in Chinese restaurants.
Gabrielle has sued two guys who posted an ad on Craigslist, pretending to be looking for an assistant on behalf of Union. In the lawsuit, the actress claims the bogus ad caused her "severe emotional distress," adding they acted with a "wonton" disregard for her reputation. Kung Pow, Ms. Union.

15. Just because somebody said something bad about her doesn't mean they are racist! Why is it that anyone can say white people are stupid and no one says anything, but it means you're racist if you say something bad about a black person?
