There's no doubt Chris Brown is hot ... but should an 8-year-old really be screaming how "sexy" he is?

1. About Chris Brown being inappropriately sexy: It is obviously not his fault what she said. It's up to the parents to raise their kids. He's not raising them he's just entertaining them.
I can't blame her. He is sexy!
