Sly StalloneUPDATE: Sly told the judge he could try to have an open mind in the case, but he might not be able to. He says that's because he's often been involved in wrongful termination suits -- and not in a good way! Having said that, the judge dismissed him. No jury for you!

So get this -- Sly Stallone has been taken to a courtroom where he is a prospective juror in a wrongful termination lawsuit.

Sly, who was walking the halls outside the jury assembly room wearing aviator sunglasses, is sitting in the peanut gallery of the courtroom. Earlier this AM, he was pacing the hallway, on the cellphone talking loudly about some real estate deal.

Will Sly make the cut? Stay tuned ...

8. I was in the jury assembly room but didn't see him at first because I sat all the way in the back and he must of been by the vending machine near the entrance. During roll call everyone answer "here" to the name and when they called out Sylvester Stallone he answered "YO!" I thought it was a joke till I saw him being escorted out by a heavyset female employee of the courtroom through a door labeled "emergency exit". I sh_t you NOT! Unfortunately I didn't see him acting out by the vending machines or in the hallway as noted in tabloid.
