Lil' Kim Stripped....of Bentley

Lil' Kim rolls large when it comes to her cars, but she's going to be down at least one Bentley -- 'cause the repo man just did his business.

So says a report on the CW11 -- the repo man claims Kim's wheels were ripped out from under her because she's four months in arrears...you'll pardon the expression. Now we're told the wheels aren't even hers.

According to her rep, the matter is being "resolved" and is "completely out of Kim's hands."

I will so happy when rap bites the dust! To call this garbage music is an abomination. You know it's garbage when the performers (please do not refer to these talentless slobs as musicians) refer to themselves as "artists". That is for history to decide. It is LONG past time for this bubble to burst and send these morons back out on the streets.

In many, many cases, the assumed wealth that the public sees in the hands of various music stars is imaginary. Record studios regularly lease homes, cars, jewelry, etc. worth millions of dollars and "give" these items to the music stars to parade around the country and appear larger than life. When the dust settles from either a failed record release, a stint in jail, etc., then the companies pull the rug out from under the musician allowing the public to see how penniless they really are.

For all of you people saying things like "typical ghetto trash", the FACT is that she did not purchase this vehicle and she is not the one who has been missing the payments. It was a gift given to her 4 years ago by Scott Storch. The nice Jewish boy who's been getting all of his stuff repossessed over the last few months. So please direct all of your financial advice to Mr. Storch.

in this recessive economy, there were almost
2 million auto repossessions last year alone.

the banking industry is projecting
over 3 million repos this year.

unfortunately, the " recovery agents " are
usually convicted felonies and are paid thieves.

they are beyond rude and abrasive
just looking for confrontation.

the " breach of peace " federal
laws need to be amended.

because these middle-of-the-night " thugs " are wishing
for far more than the intended vehicles to recover.

they are nothing but trouble and good
communication with the lien holder or lender
is the best way of avoiding any unwanted situations.

further and more specifically, it is a misnomer that
artist in the music industry make more than a living;

after the label " pays " themselves back for the advances,
any remaining proceeds ( IF any ) are thereafter forwarded.

more often than not, the artist's publishing and rights to the
songs get leveraged to payback the label for there unfair share.

that leaves an artist to ONLY truly make any
money through touring and merchandising.

unfortunately, the artist overindulgence lifestyles
exhaust most of the profits generated from the tours.

after a round, perhaps two of grossly failing marketing
attempt to promote the artist, they are dropped from the
label STILL in debt for all the past financial obligations.

LOL!!! Sorry, "slave", but I don't hire felons to work for me when I repo your car. The matter is handled legally and with dignity. In most cases, there is no "confrontation" at all- just a mutual acknowledgement that property must be returned to its rightful owner.

Had a few cars repo'd, eh? I'll look for you on my list.....

LIl kim is a bad bitch. She has many cars. She has rich men throwing themselves at her. Its nothing for her to get money. The car is four years old. I'm sure she's set on getting the new model. Ray J just bought her a new mazarati. While you guys are sitting behind your computers hating, she is out cruising, shopping, and lunching. She spends in a week what you make in a year. LOL! Kimmy, let the haters hate, when they stop hating, youre doing something wrong.

You haters commenting on the hip hop industry are a little upset that you will never be able to "get down" with our culture of music. You guys wish you had the flare and style of hip hop culture. I see you trying to bite our style. Although its cute of you, and we appreciate the fondness, you will never add up. Sorry.

Exactly, J in the bay. My ex was a repo guy, and while he was probably intimidating, (6'8" and 320 lbs) he never did anything beyond the scope of the law. If anything, he always had to call the police on the lowlifes that would threaten them and try to block him from taking the car. I remember a few years back he repoed a jag from courtney love, and surprisingly, she didnt do anything insane.

I thougt the same thing when I read this. Like repo-ing the Bentley (which isn't even hers) is going to put a dent her day.
It may have been inconvenient at the time, and embarrassing but beyond that who cares. Some sugar daddy dumbo will go buy her something else.
The least you could do Kim, is pick something a bit more eco-friendly? There's some kickass new cars out there in the $100,000 range that are "green", even Mercedes is coming out with one.
