The jury in the Uma Thurman stalker trial just got sent home -- and they were looking for a little help deciding whether Jack Jordan's actually a stalker, or just a guy in love.
Shortly after they disappeared to hash out a verdict, they asked the judge for written instructions on the charge of stalking. The defense has admitted that Jordan is "creepy" and "obsessive" -- but not dangerous. The prosecution disagreed: "The defendant drove through every single stop sign that was in his path," said Manhattan A.D.A. Jessica Taub.
The jury is due back tomorrow at 9:45 AM, and is expected to deliver their decision sometime tomorrow. We'll be there.

poorpoorpoor uma...wanted the celeb life and can't handle it...hahahahahaaaahhhhaaaaahhhhaaa
What's to think about here? A single gal with kids says stay away from me and it goes all the way to court with people unsure if he has crossed a line?!!! Are we kidding ourselves? She has to second-guess if this guy will act (more) irrationally and act as if nothing's wrong?! People- celebrity or not, she's entitled to civility in society just like everyone else!
The guy clearly isnt playing with a full deck. Famous or not, why should she live in fear? That is not love, it is obsession, and that equals STALKING.
The Sovereignty of TMZ Whores:
She should just cut him in half with her sweet ninja sword. Dude looks freakin crazy.
Oh yes, TMZ "you'll be there", then they'll have multiple "creepy and dangerous" freaks in the courtroom.
Are you kidding me?! Relating TMZ to stalking?! TMZ is showing the world that celebs are actually no different than the rest of us (typically, they are worse!). Had this creepy-crazy been watching TMZ, he might not be so star-struck! I know that I would personally stay away from any celebrity.
Stalking, obsessively following or constantly observing another person. just a minor defintion of stalking from wickipedia, hope this clears things up.
