Britney Gets More Time With the Lil' Ones!

Britney Spears has gained more visitation of her two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James -- though how much more is unclear.

K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said after the court hearing today that he wouldn't talk about the custodial timeshare between Brit and K-Fed -- except to say that it is "more than it has been." Kaplan said the modifications to custody made today will be implemented "in the near future" and Kevin's "goal and his hope is his children will have the benefit of having two parents participating actively in their lives."

Jamie and Lynne Spears released a statement that says they were "so pleased with Britney's progress" and "very appreciative" of the court's recognition of her progress.


Both parties will be back in court on July 15.

47. What about K-Fed's 2 other children with that actress? Does he actively participate in the upbringing? Or is it just because he needs to "actively participate" in Brit's $$$$$ ? What a joke this relationship is between him and Brit!

48. I'm glad Brit will be able to spend more time with her kids. I am
sure that now that she is not getting all those unneeded medications
she will keep on getting better and better.
TMZ should give Brit a break and start haunting the guy that gave her
all those drugs. He is the one that caused Brit all these problems and
should be sent to prison.

51. Congrats and kudo's to Daddy Spears! He is a major hero in this whole thing! For someone who was pushed out and made a villian by so many of Britney's "fan's", he has been the stablizing force. He is the one that stood strong and is the ONLY reason that Britney Spears is making any kind of progress. Additionally, KFed, no matter all of you who keep running him down, has been a stable force for the kids. Britney was out of control of herself and let others influence her and endanger her children as well as her. So, shame on all of you who ran down Papa Spears and KFed. They are the real "Stars" here!

53. I would like to know why this sleeze bag lawyer (Kaplan) is the ONLY mouth piece. My bet is all the "bargaining" going on behind closed doors has a whole lot to do with Brittany & her lawyers agreeing to not speak.

This guy gives me the creeps. What is that saying "99% of the lawyers give the rest of us a bad name"

This guy seems to LOVE the public attention ALMOST as much as he LOVES taking Brittany's money!

55. She started acting like a rational normal person when her money was taken over. A victory for her since she can see her kids three times per week w/ supervision? No victory,. Its sad. She needs a baby sitter as much as her kids do. If no supervision she'll be out in a pink wig and no panties. What a shame and disgrace. A waste of white skin. Those poor babies! 56. I'm glad Brittany is getting to spend more time with her kids, they need their mother. As for K-feds lawyer, he seems to like to have these no comment type press conferences as soon as he leaves court. It looks to me like he enjoying the limelight more than anyone, and I thought Gloria Alred was bad.

58. Well, it's always a good thing when someone cleans their act up, i just hope she sticks with it, cause as others said on page her parents cant take care of her forever! I would just hate to see her screw up those 2 gorgeous little boys with her ups and downs their whole lives...
