Scott Weiland's Latest Tour Date -- Jail!

Rocker Scott Weiland checked himself into jail today to begin serving his sentence for DUI.

Weiland is supposed to serve eight days jail -- but he could end up doing a lot less.

13. That's really sad. Scott Weiland always struck me as the type to OD, but I had hoped that he had straightened out his life Robert Downey, Jr- style. I really thought that he had gotten better. I hope he uses this time to deal with his issues; otherwise, he will end up like Layne Staley.
