Cristian de la Faker?

5/14/2008 2:04 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Cristian de la Fuente has been accused of faking his injury on "Dancing With the Stars" -- and last night's episode might be the proof.

Watch this clip from last night's episode closely -- Cristian's arm brace jumps from his left arm (the one he "injured") to his right. Is it just bad editing (his tattoo is always there)-- or is the soap star doing his best acting job yet?

Doctor Nose Best

Not all stars opt for plastic surgery when it comes to fixing those small imperfections, but a few might want to consider it. Especially after Dr. TMZ shows them what they could look like. Go ahead and be nosey!

Archuleta's Dad Gives Producer Cold Shoulder

Jeff Archuleta, David's dad, showed up in the audience for tonight's "American idol" and made it clear -- he's pissed at the producers.

As we first reported, Jeff was such a troublemaker, he was banned from backstage rehearsals. According to our spies, on tonight's show during commercials, Jeff shot darts at Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe. J.A. stared Nigel down and was enraged as he watched the E.P. visibly excited as David Cook performed.

Jeff seemed chummy with Randy. The two bro'd out during several breaks. He hugged Paula two times and whispered something in her ear and she nodded in agreement. No interaction at all with Simon.

Jeff was trying to get the attention of legendary songwriter Diane Warren, but she pretty much wouldn't give him the time of day.

Imagine Me and You, I'll Sue

Two members of the 60's group, The Turtles (you know, "Happy Together'), have sued Capitol Records over an Ice Cube song -- bitches!
Click to read the documents!
According to the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Flo & Eddie recorded a song in 1972 for The Turtles called "Buzzsaw." The suit claims the song was sampled in a rap song by Ice Cube called "Jackin' for Beats." Flo & Eddie allege Capital signed a deal for the derivative song but went beyond the agreement to make even more money.

Flo & Eddie want minimum $25,000 but not more than $70,000. We know, it's weird to set a limit when you sue.

No entourage, no prissy attitude, no man-servant ... when did Gisele Bundchen become a real (albeit extremely hot) person?

Charming the crowd at LAX, Tom Brady's tight end had every man going gaga -- and was even pulled from line and allowed to cut a woman in a wheelchair. Being beautiful must be tough.

All conjecture aside, and taking into account the PREVIOUS comments, take a look at which side his hair is parted on as well. If someone is going to "accidentally" put the bandage on the wrong arm, they are CERTAINLY not going to go to the trouble of altering shadows, tattoos, and hair-part as well. If THIS is all there is to speculate/rant about, I'd suggest that the majority of the TMZ Staff, and "ranters' as well, "Get a haircut, and get a REAL job"!

So stupid. You all know Dancing With The Stars editors mirror the clips so they can repeat them. Learn the entertainment industry. Geez. He's not faking. Why in the same video shoot would they take off the brace and wrap it around the other arm??? Freaks. Just looking for a story to write.

one, its just a flipped image, its still the arm with the tattoo on it. Two, when you watch the video of when he injured himself. He was hurt, in agony most likely, just look at his face. He wasn't faking. He didn't switch arms. I'm sure the pain was so excruciating that his whole upper body hurt. Comparing what happened to him to Marie Osmond is just laughable.

This is low, even by TMZ standards. But even lower are the people jumping on the lie as if it were truth. What a load, TMZ, what a load.

To the x-ray tech in comment 390 - MRI's & x-rays DO lie. My husband supposedly tore the bicepts tendon in two. NOTHING showed up on x-ray or MRI. they did immediate surgery only to find that it was only stretched to the almost breaking point. The surgeon was PO'd & called the tech in to "discuss" it. My husband ended up NOT having anything done along the lines of reattaching it, they just sewed him up. A VERY unnecessary surgery. He was casted & rehabed for 6 months. EXTREMELY painful when it happens & it doesn't take much to do it, usually a very common movement. You can move it (the arm) BUT, you can NOT do any lifting of any type for awhile.

Get real. It's obviously flopped. Do you think they'd shoot the same exact scene, only after he changed his cast from left to right? And changed his tattoo from left to right, too???? What would be the purpose of that? TMZ stands for The Moron Zone. Get a life, people!

Out of curiosity Cristian's injury ....let's see before the injury he wasn't doing well....then gets injured and turns into "twinkle toes". Hmmm, now anyone who has had injuries of this type knows if the injury is REAL he is on muscle relaxants and an anti-inflammatory....end result ....he has an "EDGE" over the others. He is REALLY relaxed, Being competitive he opted to wait for surgery, The whole thing stinks! There is NO WAY he could have done arm movements and not show pain unless he was on MEDS. Two dances in one night. HMMMMM..... So, now what is the DWTS policy on that?????!!!! Is being medicated legal in the competition? Should it be? Out of fairness to the others & the contestant, once injured to the magnitude of operating right away, his health should have come first not the dancing. At that point, request that he come back next season. First surgery right away and now it can wait???? And dancing...of all things Dr is ok with it. Makes you wonder about where he found this Dr!

Suzy from Texas

Of course he's not faking. Didn't you see the video where he is looking at the x-ray with his doctor and the doctor is explaining the injury. The arm brace that Jason got for him is obviously holding it stiff enough that he can hold it up and use it somewhat, as long as he doesn't apply too much pressure to it. TMZ is just looking for a sensational and scandalous story, as usual.
