Dwayne's Ex Doesn't Want a Piece of the Rock

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's divorce proceedings are officially done, according to court docs filed last week.

Johnson and his now-ex-wife, Dany Garcia, have a 7-year-old daughter, Simone. According to their divorce agreement, both sides will pay $5,000 a month into a trust fund to be used towards a private school, college education and other living expenses.

Garcia and Johnson will share custody -- splitting up holidays and whatnot -- and both agreed to waive their right to alimony, though The Rock will fork over $22,454/month in child support. Don't worry about Garcia -- she made $700k last year as a financial adviser.

1. Finally a chick who is willing to work for it herself. She doesn't want his money because she doesn't need his money. And the way his career is going, it may be him that needs her money.

5. Dany Garcia really puts Denise Richards & other Hollywood divorcees to shame. Garcia makes women proud. And it's great that Garcia & Johnson both seem to put their daughter first. This is how grown ups do it. Cheers...

7. He just finished a 7 day round of chemo yesterday. So far he seems to be responding better than the Doctors thought possible, little side effects. Thay are doing a bone marrow test next week, that will tell us more. Thanks for asking Dallas and keep us in your prayers, I appreciate it.

10. Too bad the marriage didn't last... They seem like a genuine couple. But it's nice to finally see that $$$ wasn't everything. That is a lot of child support though. Hmmm

Shhh, do you hear that? It's the sound of 25,000 hot, young GoldDiggers polishing their plastic stripper shoes.

Hopefully The Rock will take the high road and find another attractive but also intelligent woman. I would hate to see him standing at the Hollywood Bimbo Buffett line after that incredible woman.

15. MAYBE THATS ALOT OF CHILD SUPPORT, BUT GIVE CREDIT TO THE PARENTS FOR NOT MAKING THIS OUT TO BE WORLD WAR 3. IT SEEMS THEY HAVE RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER, I HAVE TO ADMIT I NEVER WAS A FAN OF THE ROCK...BUT AM CHANGING MY MIND. CLASSY AND IT SHOWS THAT THERE ARE LADIES OUT THERE AND DANY GARCIS YOU ARE ONE HELL OF A LADY..AND A GORGEOUS ONE TOO! ROCK, VERY PROUD OF YOU FOR THE WAY YOU TOO HANDLED THIS DIVORCE. KEEP THE LITTLE GIRL HAPPY AND SAFE IS WHAT COMES BEFORE DISSING YOUR EX!
