Cesar Chavez's Son Craps on His Legacy?

Cesar Chavez made his life all about fighting for workers' rights -- so the irony, his son Fernando is being sued for allegedly stiffing an employee.

Adriana Gonzalez-Correia says she worked for Fernando Chavez at his Sacramento, Calif. law firm and got stiffed to the tune of around $70,000.

A call to Fernando's people has yet to be returned.
