Those are NOT pimples. They are liver spots from sitting in the sun too much. I would hate to see how her skin looks in another 10 years if she keeps sunning herself.

What's the big surprise? Her face and hair have been a greasy mess for sometime and it almost appears she has hydrophobia when it comes to bathwater!
