Another superstar ready to give birth is Angelina Jolie. She has been admitted to Nice hospital in France at 8.18pm French time, just an hour ago!

6. Water breaking and afterbirth...two different phenomena. Afterbirth happens after...the...birth and unless TMZ has a camera on the um, receiving end in the delivery room, we can all thankfully be spared from THAT quality video.
