Ashley Tisdale celebrated turning 23 yesterday -- but what she should be celebrating is turning a year older than born-on-the-same-day Lindsay Lohan without ever getting arrested, going to rehab or flashing her hooha.

6. Ashley was on Jay Leno last year and she said she didn't drink. That could explain why she was never arrested or went to rehab. I don't watch the Disney channel but I like her. I'm the same age as her and I don't drink either.
