Dane: Ignorance of the Lawn is No Excuse

The building manager in the Dane Cook dog poop trial is on the stand, testifying there are signs in the yard warning about dogs sh**ting on the lawn, and Dane is a serial offender.

The trial -- aka Poopfest '08 -- was riveting, as the manger told jurors at the Bev Hills Courthouse that he noticed "recurring small black poop being left behind in the backyard." All signs and fumes point to Dane's pooch. Will the "comedian" be evicted?

This is SUCH a lame story TMZ! Is this really a headline to you? Celebrity's dog violates pooping rules? Dane doesn't scoop poop? Ooooh stop the presses - that's just "so amazingly intersting". NOT!
