Nick Carter's mama was arrested this morning, allegedly over a really nasty divorce hearing.
Here's how it went down. Jane Carter, aka Jane Holcomb, aka Jane Schnek, was divorced from a guy named John Holcomb. There are still some legal odds and ends to deal with, including an allegation that she trashed the house they once shared.
John filed legal papers forcing Jane into court, but she didn't appear. So the Florida judge wants her butt in jail for not appearing and he's ordered a bench warrant. She was picked up today in Sumter County at a cemetery where the construction company she works for was doing a project. Perfect.
It ain't Donna Reed, folks.

You can't get any dirt on the stars to report so you go after the parents......... TMZ and the people's court guy - Shame on you!
Your writing and editing is CONTEMPTIBLE! Does anyone know how to spell there?
Hmm.... I might be wrong, but isn't it spelled "contemptible" rather than "contemptAble"? Come on, TMZ.
she's a trainwreck of a mother, always trying her scams to mooch money from Nick and her other kids.
If anyone watched the House of Carter (on E!), you would understand the riff that the siblings have towards their mother. She's seriously mentally ill and needs to be evaluated.
Nick Carter doesn't want anything to do with his mom, according to what was said on the show.
Who the hell is running this site these days -- Perez Hilton? The number of spelling and grammatical errors has increased exponentially. Harvey, get on the ball and get your middle-school staff in line. Contemptible, with an "I," not an "A," you idiots.
This doesn't suprise me. She is a crazy women and mother. No wonder why the family is the way it is. Im a fan of Nick's since 1997 and us as fans are like "What's wrong with Jane?"
my, my, what truth dacoits you are:
M-I-S-S-P-E-L-L it, did ya? TMZ, you should at least hire literate junior high school grads. The quality of mercy is not strained but your "writers' " syntax and spelling certainly are. I'm almost embarrassed for you. Almost.
She is such a train wreck, no wonder the younger sibs are all emotionally screwed up. Aaron tried to get emancipated, and got arrested. Nick had to act like mom and dad
