Hollywood Big Wig Sued in Fatal Golf Cart Crash

Shame on all of you and shame on TMZ. I realize that this website holds itself to the lowest journalistic standards as it panders to its readers who are obviously of substandard intelligence, but TMZ should feel some responsibility to report the story accurately without insinuating that Nick was "some idiot riding a golf cart on a freeway." The truth has been posted in comments previous to this, so I won't repeat the details, but needless to say Nick died in a completely tragic and avoidable accident. He was a great man, a great friend, and I'll never know anyone remotely like him ever again. Even you most cynical, time-wasting TMZ readers would have enjoyed his company. I know you lead miserable, lonely existences, but I'm sure if anyone could have made you laugh and enjoy real life for a moment, it would have been Nick.

That being said, I have a multitude of issues with his parents feeling that it is their right to sue. First, Nick's father is a very successful industry veteran who does not need the money. Second, Nick and his parents did not exactly "get along," and while no parent deserves to lose a son, their relationship could not be considered close. Reading now that they could profit from his death makes me nauseous, especially considering that he never received much of anything from them.

It was almost midnight on the 202 freeway in Mesa AZ. Nick was the prop assist on the set, Peter was driving and HE hit Nick, than Francis changed seats with Peter. That's a fact!!! Francis and Pete both know the truth!!!!!

Trailer park trash suing whoever has the deepest pockets, plain and simple.

Just give 'em a double-wide and a Harley and be done with it.
