According to court documents, Sand and ex Romain Chavent were officially divorced on Monday.

No word on whether Chavent's been shipped back to France.

comments and think quite highly of yourself.

which, clinically speaking,
is par for the course.

PLEASE use the time as a
fresh start and new beginning.

begin by getting into a professionally regulated
BORDERLINE personality support group.

followed up a long term relationship with
ONLY a therapist and take the medications.

DO NOT sadly drag yet another
male victim into your dismal life.

focus on healing and raising
those adorable daughters.

STOP with the surgeries and find the inner beauty
that's hopefully trapped deep way down inside.

do it for your little girls.

make them at least proud of SOMETHING that
you actually WORKED for in this lifetime........
